Nirwegian Jade Haven Question

Hi

We have sailed on the Escape twice in the Haven and loved it. We just booked the Jade for a holiday sailing as the route was a little different than the two we did on the Escape.

Understandably the ship is smaller so we have read some concerning posts about the Haven on the Jade. A few questions if anyone can help:

 

1 is there a private area when boarding that takes you right on the ship?

2. Have read that there is no Haven restaurant and that the concierge wasn't helpful in getting reservations in the restaurants. Has anyone else experienced this?

3. The thing we loved about the Haven was having access to the private bar and no crowds. I understand there is no private bar in the Haven area? Is this true! If so is it difficult getting drinks and all ?

We sailed in November of 2016 on the Jade in the 'Haven'. We knew that this wasn't going to be the same experience that we would've had on a larger ship.

There was no exclusive Haven restaurant or bar. However, there was a common area in the centre of the Haven & our Butler (who was amazing) would serve us anything we wanted from food to drinks. We often had breakfast in this area and this was also our favourite spot for post excursion/pre dinner drinks and snacks.

I hope you enjoy the smaller version of the Haven on this ship. We certainly did!
