edzo8 Posted September 20, 2017 #1 Share Posted September 20, 2017 For those of you with experience, can you advise on how early one must book a studio on the April crossing of The Epic from Florida to Spain? I looked several months ago and they were already sold out. I typically look on third party sites for my options. If this has already been asked and answered, I apologize--a search didn't turn up the answer. Incidentally, we've taken this sailing a few times before as recently as three years ago. Boy have prices gone up! Maybe because they added the Bermuda/Spain stops? Many thanks, Edzo
Lindys Posted September 21, 2017 #2 Share Posted September 21, 2017 I booked in Jan 17 and got a balcony for 995 a person not a bad price If You ask me Sent from my SM-G930T using Forums mobile app
perditax Posted September 21, 2017 #3 Share Posted September 21, 2017 Sorry, this isn't answering the question you actually asked, but I would check back frequently. I had a studio room in a poor location (not a TA) on a sold-out cruise. I checked every day and eventually other studios became available and I was able to switch to the location I wanted. This was all after PIF, so you should definitely keep checking. You also mention third party sites, but definitely check on NCL.com too. You can always transfer the booking to a travel agent later. edzo8 Posted September 21, 2017 Author #4 Share Posted September 21, 2017 Lindys, Was your balcony $995 total for 1 person or will there be more than one person in the room? Perditax, Thank you for the information. I will check back frequently to see if a studio pops up. Best, Edzo8

edzo8 Posted September 21, 2017 Author #7 Share Posted September 21, 2017 Gotcha. That is a reasonable price for two people. I'm still waiting to see if anyone has any input about how early we must book studios for this type of sailing. Have a great trip!
JAFA13 Posted September 21, 2017 #8 Share Posted September 21, 2017 I booked my studio cabin on the Epic April 2018 TA in March 2017. At that time there was a fairly large choice of studio cabins available.
edzo8 Posted September 21, 2017 Author #9 Share Posted September 21, 2017 Thank you, JAFA. This is exactly the answer for which I was hoping. It looks as though this cruise has gotten more popular. Three years ago, we booked a balcony for $700pp. Now, it looks like inside is $1k pp. Time marches on. Best, Edzo
