Can't reach supervisor at Casinos at Sea no matter what I do

Hey everyone,

Hoping maybe some experienced Casinos at Sea (CAS) cruisers can help me out here.

I have an issue which needs to be resolved. I won't bother boring you guys with the issue itself, as that's not really important here.

The problem is that my issue has to be handled by a supervisor, and I absolutely, positively cannot reach one!

I first tried to reach them during Hurricane Irma. I realize that the office was closed for a few days, and then they reopened with a skeleton staff. So I had patience and left a message for the supervisor to call me back.

Nothing.

I called again, and left another message.

Nothing.

I called again and had them actually e-mail the supervisor, explaining that I wasn't getting called and that I really needed a call back.

Still nothing.

Keep in mind that I was waiting a few days in between calls.

I decided to wait a few weeks, as it wasn't an urgent matter. I felt that perhaps they were just super-backlogged with calls and forgot me (though this isn't a good excuse), so I let things calm down.

Still nothing.

I am very frustrated. Keep in mind that I am NOT someone who is just refusing to take "no" for an answer and is endlessly hassling NCL. I simply want ONE phone call with a supervisor at CAS. I don't think that's too much to ask as a customer.

Any suggestions? Is there a way I can reach an upper manager there to inform them that nobody is calling me back? Any other suggestions?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

It sounds to me as if you have been very patient in trying to obtain a response. If you have a cruise consultant then you can request help with contacting the supervisor via that person. It's possible the CC can expedite the contact. If you do not have a CC then try a written request via NCL Customer Service. In the past, I have previously left messages for the Casinos @Sea office and not received a call back for very simple issues so I understand your frustration. Good Luck!

...

I already took "the path" you are describing. I explained my issue to the regular rep, and they told me that I would need a supervisor, and transferred me to a voicemail to leave a message.

Then I never got a call from one. ...

I hope you are calling the CAS phone number and not the regular NCL number.

I would suggest that you call back the Rep you originally spoke to who said you would need to speak to a Supervisor. Explain to him that you've left several messages and that you haven't heard back. Ask him for his suggestion and/or ask him to transfer you to the Supervisor or to give you his direct contact number. I would think that someone in the CAS department would be better equipped to help you than someone on this forum.
