La Marquesa Canopy Tour

So I booked this zipline early in the summer of 2017 for my April 2018 cruise with La Marquesa zipline. Paid the entire excursion for the family. I know the island is still recovering, but I have tried email and phoning and am not getting a response either way. Anyone have a suggestion on finding out about this company and if they are still in business. Since the charge was so long ago, I am not sure if my credit card can help me either. I really want to keep this excursion, but if they are out of business, I would like to get my money back.

Thanks for the replies. Facebook has not been updated. Hopefully by Jan 2018 I will have some communication with them.

La Marquesa park was destroyed by the hurricane and will not reopen. The canopy tour "idea/brand" was sold to another operator at another park closer to the airport.
