I called this evening to confirm my reservations for Nov 17th to make sure they were going to be open.

The front desk manager said they are currently open and running on generators. They have power and air conditioning but they DO NOT have hot water.

We are staying here on the 23rd. I just read it was listed as one of the hotels to house locals so I'm hoping the reservations are still a go.
