Excursions available as you step off the ship?

My family and I are waiting to get to Curacao for our excursions. This has worked for us in other ports but I was wondering if there are local groups offering snorkeling tours as you get into port?

 

I've done this in Cozumel, Nassau, and Roatan.

 

Just wondering.
