Does anyone know the name of the captain's club rep on the galaxy now-on the panama canal trip--IS it Josephine?-Also is laura still doing the future cruise desk--REply before friday would be appreciated

Melanie is the Current Capatin's Club Hostess. At to whether Laura is still there, I am not sure. She was there in January.

We sailed on Thanksgiving and the future cruise salesperson changed mid-sailing! It started with Jill--very pleasant and knowledgable. She gave us a bunch of quotes and made some suggestions to help us decide. She got off in Grand Cayman (2 days left to sail) and was replaced by Tracy.

 

Tracy was from RCCL. She was pretty "uninitiated," so if she's still there when you go be sure you know what you want when you visit the desk. I get the feeling she was not well-briefed before embarking.

 

I enjoyed every interaction with Melanie, the Captain's Club rep.
