Cruise on the Constellation

Yes - nice selection of weight training machines and a small selection of dumbells. If you are interested in aerobics there are 6 elliptical machines and about a dozen treadmills and some bicycles. As long as it is not too crowded you should be able to get a good workout.

I have been on the Constellation twice and both times am usually the first one in the fitness center in the morning. It's very spacious and the equipment is good. They have water fountains and towels available but you can bring your own water. There is enough weight equipment to set up a good circuit and there is a small room off to one side with a selection of dumbells. They have various classes too including pilates, spinning, step, etc but most there is a small fee for.

THis is our first cruise and we are traveling on the Constellation12-24.

Did you book any excursions through the cruise line? I have heard that REYNO tours is good but not sure. We are going to Aruba, Dominica and Curacao.

Any advice??
