Steakhouse question and formal night

My family and I are going on a 7 day western caribbean cruise on the Freedom next May. I would love to take my husband to the steakhouse and take advantage of the wine deal, but I didn't want to make a reservation for the same night as formal night. Does anyone know which night they do formal night? Also, I am a vegetarian, but I really want to treat my husband to the steakhouse. Does anyone know if there is anything at all on the menu that I could eat or if they could make me something? Thank you so much for the advice!

7 day cruises your formal nights will be second night on the ship and second to last night on the ship.

Go on the first night.

Wine deal is the first night and the first formal night. So, if you don’t want to do it on formal night, you will need to go the first night.
