We are a group of 7 people.

We are looking for private transfer or taxi from Hamburg Cruise Terminal to the Airport.

 

Can a taxi accommodate 7 passengers?

 

Any suggestion for a private transfer company that you have use?

You could try Hansa Taxi. They are just a normal taxi company, but I've seen minivans from them around town.
