Creating a group get-together

It looks like we'll have 20-25 people for an upcoming cruise. We'd like to have some semi-private get-together for an hour or so on embarcation day to introduce everyone, catch up (for those who know each other), etc.

Can anyone guide me as to how I go about setting that up? Any suggestions as to a good location (Silhouette)?

I'd call the Captain's club and ask if it can be done. There are meeting rooms on 14 to the left of the Sky Lounge. You may be able to meet in a corner of the Sky Lounge if you can't book ahead.

Suggest you call the special services department at Celebrity. They have a staff member that makes arrangements for group luncheons. You can contact them through Celebrity customer service or Captain's Club.
