Toddler program?

I'm planning a cruise to Alaska, however, I can't find any info on what kind of program they have for toddler? does Celebrity have any kind of daycare?

For toddlers there is babysitting for $19 per hour for up to 3 children. For under 2 or 3 that is the only option.

On our recent Caribbean sailing they had Toddler Time in the kids club from 9 to 10:30am each day. You had to be there with the toddler but they allowed them to use all the toys and games, which my daughter loved. Other than that, babysitting in the cabin but I believe it is only available at night.
