madelinerose Posted May 1, 2004 #1 Share Posted May 1, 2004 Looking for reviews of the Miracle's supper club, Nick & Nora's. I've read on other sites that it's fabulous, but I sure would like to read what all the CC posters have to say. We'd like to book 2 nights, if possible. Thanks! Bungalow Bill Posted May 2, 2004 #3 Share Posted May 2, 2004 We did Nick and Nora's on our 5-day and loved it. If we had been on a 7-day cruise, we definitely would have gone twice. We met a couple who alternated between N&N's and Horatios for dinner which we might have done if I had thought about it. Go ahead and book it twice. If you are not impressed on the first visit, you can always cancel the other.

doodlefan Posted May 3, 2004 #5 Share Posted May 3, 2004 [QUOTE]Originally posted by madelinerose: Looking for reviews of the Miracle's supper club, Nick & Nora's. Hi Karen I was on the Miracle on April 9th and we went to Nick and Nora's supper club and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It is very upper class, where they make the salad right there showing you the fresh ingredients. They also show you the different cuts of meat and lobster. It was an awesome experience and a really really good meal. I posted a review but I will cut and paste the part about Nick and Nora's for you. Here it is and I hope it helps. Try it, I'm sure you;ll love it. Tara We had dinner in Nick and Nora's supper club the first night and the meal was outstanding. We had shrimp cocktail, lobster bisque, broiled lobster tail (huge) with other side dishes ( a medley of sauteed mushrooms and baked potatoe) and wonderful dessert. They also brought us a champagne and cream drink each (compliments of the chef) along with the odd little tidbit to try, compliments of the chef, the bread selection before the meal was great, pesto bread, foccocia, bread sticks, all fresh and warm with a selection of butters such as regular, paprika and garlic and herb butter. After dessert we were brought a tray (again unordered and compliments of the chef) of chocolate covered strawberries, chocolate bark with nuts, truffles and a few other delicacies. To die for. This meal was fabulous, from the service, to the beautiful presentation to the perfectly done lobster and the best lobster bisque I have ever had. This restaurant in my opinion is a huge bargain at $25 pp. We left our server $25 tip because she made it such a wonderfully romantic dinner for us. Plus she came over and removed the lobster from the shell for us. lol
madelinerose Posted May 4, 2004 Author #6 Share Posted May 4, 2004 Tara, thank you very much! DH and I love dining in great restaurants, so it sounds like Nick & Nora's will fit the bill! We hope to book 2 nights. So glad you enjoyed the Miracle. Can't wait! Bungalow Bill Posted May 5, 2004 #7 Share Posted May 5, 2004 Make your reservations soon after you get on board, even if you one of the later arrivals. You can go to Nick & Nora's to make them while you're waiting for the ship to near the bridge.

Any comparison to Horatio's? Still over 5 months away!!!
