Wedding in Grand Cayman

We just got news that our trip on the Carnival Valor just got completly rearranged. I had planned a wedding on Cozumel, now we are not going there and are porting in the morning rather than afternoon at Costa Mia.

Anyway, I am working on replanning the wedding for Grand Cayman and was curious if anyone had used The Heart of Cayman for their wedding. The one the cruise line uses is already booked up that day. I'd appreciate any reassurances or warnings! Thanks.

but please be sure you're using a service where your marriage will actually be legal and recognized in the US. I've heard, on here and IRL, about people spending lots of $ on wedding ceremonies out of the country and having them not be legal once they return.

It's an awesome idea and will make many lasting memories for everyone. Just do your homework! ;)

Have you thought about just having the wedding on the ship?
