Conquest Lido Deck

Recommended Posts

What would you like to know about them?

did you book these cabins or were they part of a gaurantee?

the closer you are to the front the more motion you will feel IF you hit rough waters.

also--the closer to the front you are the more windier the balcony will be when the ship is moving.

Cabins above and below you soo no noise from the public areas. the forward of the ship will give you access to the bridge (located outside those forward oceanview cabins)

Its a further walk to the elevators but it is quiet where you are with people traffic.

We started out in New Orleans on a 3 day and then due to a company booking most of the ship, we were offered a 4-day if we went to Galveston...Next comes the Hurricanes and they need the ship so they put us on a sister ship....then more ships are needed so they offered us a 7 day cruise on the Conquest for all of our troubles....next more people decided to come along and so we were moved from the bottom deck to an upgraded floor as well as an upgraded room......

The Conquest is a much better ship then the others you were going to be on. I think you made out like a bandit if you are still paying the same rate as the first one you booked. All we got for being bumped off the Holiday was $100 on board credit for next cruise if we go in a year.
