Are they stopping at the private Island or not?

I have read conflicting messages about whether Norwegian is stopping at their Bahama Island since the last hurricane as the beaches were washed away it is said. Instead they have stopped at Nassua?

sailing on the Sun Feb. 4 2006 and if we are not going to the island but to Nassua instead then we need to make shore excursion plans accordingly.

Does anyone know if we can find out for sure which it is likely to be?

Just returned from the NCL Dawn today (12/11-22). We were to go to Great Stirrup Cay and we did not. We went to Nassau instead due to sea conditions.

Nassau was great and weather even better.

The entire cruise was fantastic. Booked the Dawn again for next December already.

Ok thanks everyone. I know it is a hit or miss weather wise there but at least I know now we probably will stop there. Unfortunately for me I also found we have to tender at ALL stops on this cruise. I use a wheelchair and posted my nightmare last tendering events on the disabled board. Oh well the joys of cruising.
