Shore Ecursions

I am trying to look at shore excursions that are offered from the celebrity website. When I click on the link from celebrity it redirects me to another site where they are asking for my reservation number and sail date. I input the information (correctly) and I get this response from the shore excursion website.....

 

Reservation Number does not correspond to the Ship and Voyage

 

 

I don't know where to go next. I am officially booked with celebrity. Any suggestions?

Have you double checked the year and date? This is the most common problem. It could also be way to early to even look at it your trip is more then a year out.

Date is correct. Looking at Feb 11 2006 cruise. Wondering if there is a problem with my reservation number?

Check with your TA. You should have already made final payment. Was it taken off your CC?

Yeah I made final payment. I also am already pre-registered with Celebrity and have my XPress pass printed. So confused.

Just a thought. My TA uses a booking number internal to her system which is different from the Celebrity Reservation number. If yours does the same maybe you are using the TA number instead of X's?? if all else fails, call X.
