Gift Certificates

I have had a couple people mention to me they might purchase a royal gift certificates for me for my birthday from pay pal gifts. Has anyone had any experience in using them? Thanks for your thoughts.

We have used them in the past, but they can be a headache when redeeming pre-cruise. The best thing to do is to have those that wish to do this for your b'day is to have them give you the money & you call RCL Gifts & Gear to purchase OBC with your reservation information and it will be applied to your reservation.:)

They have to be applied to your account pre-cruise so make sure you read the fine print and use them before the deadline. I looked at buying some for DS & DIL and it looked like they are pretty easy to redeem on the www site. They can be applied to final payment or put on your account. I never ended up buying them.

I've bought them several times for my parents. They apply them pre-cruise, never had any issues.
