Norwegian Sky Letter to call Concierge Desk before cruise question.

We received our Priority luggage tags in the mail along with a letter today. We will be in the Owners Suite on NCL Sky and states we can call our Concierge Desk before we set sail for Requests. Etc. My question before I call them is which person the Butler or Concierge do we let know the type of beer, soda & snacks we prefer etc. Our first time in the Owners Suite so don't want to ask Concierge when it's the Butler's job or visa versa.

Thanks for any tips, and suggestion for those that have stayed in this type suite. :)
