Anyone back from the 11 day cruise?

How was it?

I have done lots of research on the ports and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions (good or bad).

Is there a Toga night on this cruise?

How many formal nights?

How many informal nights--the nights with jackets for the men?

With the currency on board being euros--is the credit card billed in euros and then converted to US$?

Can we tip the staff in US dollars instead of having it put on our card in euros?

Does the casino use US dollars or euros?

Any and all information will be greatly appreciated.
