Will be in Caymen Islands on 13 feb 06, Me and my girlfriend in our 30's. not into the whole crowd thing. I've been hearing alot about this Rum Point. We would like to get some snorkeling in as well. Should we rent a car? Does anyone know where where they might be a good place to rent snorkeling gear if any place. Well I'm open to any thing.

Thank you

Salty

PS. Also a good place to have a cocktail...

We were on the Jewel in Grand Cayman in November. We rented scooters from a great place near the cruise ship dock. We then drove to Rum Point, did some snorkeling there, had lunch and a pina colada or two at the little restaurant at the beach, drove back, and still had some time to shop a little before heading back to the ship. We got to see a lot of the island and was not herded around with other passengers.
