How do we go about booking this cruise? There is nothing on the cruise manager, or a place to redeem the code. Our VIPF also hasn’t updated. wemjam Posted April 17, 2018 #2 Share Posted April 17, 2018 Though I have not received these before, if you have an offer code, I would assume that you would simply call into your PVP (or to a regular Carnival sales agent) through their 800 number and give them that code to set up the booking with - then they would apply it. TIA Sent from my iPhone using Forums Sometimes it can take a few days for offers placed under your cabin door to appear in your VIFP offers online. If there isn't a phone number showing in the offer to call, call your PVP or Carnival's 800 number and inquire with the rate code showing in your offer. Availability for those offers can vary hour by hour and day by day until the expiration date in the offer, so it can be beneficial to keep checking ship/sail dates available for the offer if there isn't good availability when you first check.
