Speciality Dinning Reservations - Reminders??

I made a reservation for dinning in December 2018, I can not find my email confirming that reservation, will there be any reminders anywhere? I thought maybe in my booking info but I do not see it there.

 

I remember the date but not the time. This is for the Horizon on December 1, 2018.

 

Any advice?

I've never gotten a reminder. Just keep it and when you get onboard they can tell you the specific time.
