Sorry if it has already been asked...I'm on my phone and don't seem to be able to find anything in search. Is anyone seeing an incorrect C+A status and cruise points in their account. A week or two ago it was correct but now I'm showing as pre-gold with 0 points. Yet my 3 previous cruises which should put me at gold with 24 points are in the 'past cruises' section.

 

Just asking to see whether its worth me contacting Royal or if its a known issue they are in progress of sorting.

Apologies. Found the thread which had the fix. Went into settings, set my gender and now all showing correct.
