If you can roll your luggage and lift it up a step, public transit is free from the airport. The Silver Line Bus stops on the arrivals level of each terminal. Get on the rear door and ride to the indoor World Trade Center Station. Use the elevator/escalator to cross over the tracks and take the SL2 bus in the opposite direction to Black Falcon Terminal.
