Do they have a tv channel that shows a live view “outside”. In the past on other cruise line if we booked an interior, we would use it as a window. I just wondered if Dream has this as well.

Most of the time (unless technical difficulties occur), you will have 2 TV channel choices that show the outside live--one that shows forward and one that shows aft. Sometimes one of those shows the Lido pool. Have a great cruise!
