Yes, I was on the Z Christmas cruise. Oh wait, that was the 2004 one. I too am anxious to hear.

I've heard wonderful things from others who are on the ship as far as the upgrades, improvements, renovations, Explorations lounge, etc. However, currently many, many, many are sick on the ship for the New Years cruise. Hope that gets resolved quickly.

Many of us thank you for this new thread about what the Zuiderdam looks like since emerging from drydock. I am very sorry to read that people are sick on it's first voyage since.

I believe I speak for many when I ask; Will someone please give an extensive review of the Zuiderdam since dry dock? Can't wait to hear.

Where did you hear of all the passengers getting sick? Is this just a rumor and speculation or is it real? I don't see any other reports of panssengers getting sick on this ship!

I have friends on board currently who called this past Sunday. They said alot of people (crew and passengers) are quarantined, the ship is "CODE RED" , etc. Plastic silverware, crew serves everything in the buffet lines, etc.

Funny, when my Mom was quarantined on NCL Sun, they called it Code Brown. No kidding!

As a nurse for 25 years, I had a chuckle. That is the phrase nurses use when a patient has "GI issues" Code Brown....priceless.
