Still can't decide on transportation

We arrive 7-3 on Feb 7. We want to hang out and snorkele from shore. I still can't decide how to get to the different places. Should we rent a car, go by taxi, go by bus? Are there pros and cons to all choices? Also how long of a drive is it to Cemetery reef and to Queens Monument? I'm not good w/ maps, I can find the destinations, but can't imagine how long it would take to get there. Thanks, SKM
