Escape Feb 2019 - New York and Bahama's

We are scheduled to sail Escape in February 2019, so naturally my "its only six months away" (ok a little early) excitement is starting to brew. We have never sailed Escape, have been on Getaway. Any recommendations for Escape? Have you done this itinerary, excursion ideas?
