Tampa Park n Cruise Hotel

Looking for recommendation for a 1 nt. pre-cruise hotel in decent Tampa neighborhood where we can leave car for 14 days (sailing 2/5). Thanks.

I am looking for the same. So far, I've found the Doubletree and Chase Suites (I believe). Unles, something else comes up, I am leaning towards the Doubletree as that is the cheapest. We will be getting there LATE (like 2 am) so I just need a place to sleep some and leave the car without paying $12 per night!

I spoke with the Holiday Inn Express, on Dale Mabry, earlier this evening. You may leave your car for $3 per night and shuttle to the port is $5 pp each way. I didn't ask what their lodging rate is but I remember seeing lower prices on the Internet than what is listed on the Holiday Inn web site. We stayed there last year when we cruised and they had a park and cruise package but no longer offer it.
