Today I had the most satisfying call with a log in issue. I could not do it, so I spoke to support and he totally fixed my problem. Many have posted how unsatisfied and non caring Celebrity personnel have been. This was not the case. He fully explained why so many are having a problem and they are dealing with the calls. I just had to give them some praise. Looking forward to our cruise 11/5 on the Reflection.
