Galaxy Cabin Poles

Hi Everyone,

 

I'm booking an inside cabin on Deck 5 of the Galaxy for a Med. cruise. I have read other posts that say there may be a pole in some of these cabins. Does anyone have any knowledge about which cabins contain a pole. Or maybe someone has stayed in cabin 5060, 5058 or 5050 and can tell me if there was a pole. If so, I'd like to know how they handled it. Thanks for your help!

Galaxy is indeed one of the ships with the "poles". At least one, if not more, of the cabins you listed are known to have the poles. Here's a thread or two that may help:

Thanks Canderson! Your information was extremely helpful. Indeed it does look like my cabin 5060 is going to have a pole. At least its not in my friends cabin. I will need to decide what to do about it. This isn't just a little pole, its huge! Thanks for your help! :confused: :mad:
