noise level across from laundry facilities

Greetings.

 

I am considering an Oceania cruise aboard Nautica this spring in the Mediterranean. The sailing I'm considering has one remaining cabin on deck 7--#7076 which I've discovered is very near to the ship's laundry facilities.

Does anyone have any experience with this cabin or ones near to it in terms of noise level associated with the operation of the laundry facilities (which I'm told operate between 8AM-10PM)?

 

Any reviews/recommendations on the location are much appreciated.

Hi,

 

We had Cabin No. 7084 on the Insignia last August and did not hear any noise coming from the laundry room. The door is kept closed and I really doubt if it would effect your enjoyment of the cruise.

We had 7076 in the Baltic in 2004. There was some noise in the afternoon from users of the Laundry, but it was never objectionable. In fact we found it very convient to do laundry that we might not have otherwise bothered with because we could keep an eye on machine availability.
