Our ship says it will be in port in st thomas from 8am-5pm. What does this really mean? When can we walk off -? voyager in march

you can walk off at 8, but the ship leaves at 5:00. so be on the ship at least by 4:30 or it may leave without you.

At St. Thomas you will have to be cleared by customs before being allowed off the ship. Everyone goes through one of the dining rooms, where your passport is checked and your sea pass card is marked with a permanent marker. This procedure doesn't take much time, but is mandatory, and you will not be allowed to leave the ship unless you comply.
