fooshrock Posted January 11, 2006 #1 Share Posted January 11, 2006 Hi everyone, I would like to send complaint letters to RR and to RCCL about my wedding. Does anyone know the appropriate people these letters should be emailed to? I know some people have sent letters in the past, and I want to make sure mine falls into the right hands. Thanks for your help! Lori
dcdiva Posted January 11, 2006 #2 Share Posted January 11, 2006 For Royal Romance, try contacting: Barbara Whitehill Managing Director The Wedding Experience 2600 SW 3rd Avenue, Suite 200 Miami, FL 33129 Or, Skip Alligood, Sales & Marketing Director, at the same address. For Royal Caribbean, I'd go right to the top: Richard Fain Chairman and CEO Royal Caribbean 1050 Caribbean Way Miami, FL 33132 e-mail: RFain@rccl.com (not sure if this e-mail address is still correct, but you might as well try it) Good luck! sas80 Posted January 12, 2006 #6 Share Posted January 12, 2006 Thanks for your help. Hopefully, I get a response. Lori I did. I got a response and about $180 refunded to me. I think you should definitely send your stuff U.S. Mail. I didnt, I composed an email and emailed it to web_cruise_comments@rccl.com and cc'd gbasulto@theweddingexperience.com Lorena actually ended up looking into it because Gina went on vacation or something. Lorena promised to get back to me on October 18 and, "surprise", she didnt get back to me until Nov 3!!! (I still have all my emails) So, it seems like there is a good chance that you will hear back from them but, as usual, customer service is lacking (at least it was in my case) Good Luck! dcdiva Posted January 12, 2006 #7 Share Posted January 12, 2006 I sent a complaint to senior execs at RCCL regarding some issues with their handling of reservations and dining assignments for my cruising guests (not Royal Romance in this case). I was surprised that I got a very timely response. Granted, my problem was kicked way down to the food chain to a "resolution specialist" that didn't have much authority. But at least it got me a name, phone number and e-mail of someone who was accountable. Not all of my problems were addressed, but they did manage to help with some of the stickiest issues. Hopefully, you'll have some luck.
