Changed itinerary, Excursions already booked

I noticed yesterday that the itinerary for our June 2019 Med. cruise on Vision has changed.  It looks like it have been flipped and will now be done in reverse.  They also changed one port.  What happens to the excursions I already have booked through RCI?  Will the the dates automatically change or do I need to cancel them and rebook?  My cruise calendar is a mess.  It shows me on an excursion in Liverno when the ship is in Venice.  The cruise planner has not been updated.  The itinerary shows the new schedule, when I select that port I'm taken to what the port used to be.

RCI will automatically adjust any excursions you purchased through them.  Any third party, you will have to change or cancel/rebook on your own.
