Navigator suites?

I'm hoping for some advice/experience with Navigator suites on the Navigator. I've cruised on the Voyager in a basic balcony suite (and very, very nice it was), but was thinking of possibly splurging on a navigator suite this summer on the Baltic cruise. However, looking at the deck plans, it looks as if these suites are directly under the pool area. Has anyone had experience with them...noise from joggers, setting up deck chairs etc or are they as great as they look?
