questions for 3/4 grand cruise

with the boards sooooo slowwwww, i keep getting a blank screen when i try to search something i know is out there.so here they are 1. which nights are the formal nights on? 2. does anyone know what is happening with the changes in ports?

3. do they have a piano player in the promanade lounge like the golden

We just booked this cruise for our family of 6...(My husband and I, our three kids 12, 10 & 8, and my mother-in-law). I don't know anything about change in ports? Please help.
