Penthouse Perks?

Skippers Club (Special Embarkation Room) is about the only Perk other than a nicer cabin, unlike other lines which give you free internet, drycleaning, better towels, priority tender tickets etc.

We had a penthouse Suite on the Spirit a few years ago and other than going into the special room to get our sail and sign card, we didn't get much of anything else.

I'm curious what the price difference is between Carnival's suites and the "other lines" suites. One wonders how "free" free really is. A little common sense tells me that these things probably aren't "free" at all.
