Standard Drink Package

Hello All! New to cruising with Celebrity and am trying to decide on a drink package. Does anyone have any experience with Celebrity's "Standard" drink package (NOT the "Classic" package). I understand that with Standard, you have a "selection" of (unspecified) well brands for drinks up to $6. What I'd specifically like to know is, should there be a cocktail I want to order that is priced at $10, can I simply pay the $4 difference or would I be charged the full $10? From the threads that I've read through so far, I understand the option to just pay the difference instead of the full amount is a fairly recent change that those with Classic packages have confirmed and done for any drink priced over their $9 limit. Can anyone confirm if Standard can do this as well or would you only be able to order from whatever options are listed on each bar's standard package menu? TIA!
