Star Balcony Question?

Hello all,

We are sailing on The Star in 2 weeks!!! There are a number of us and we are wondering if the balcony doors open up? Do you have to call the steward or could we do it with a screwdriver?

Any helpful hints would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have read posts that some of the balconies on the Star can be opened! What day are you leaving?

Just got off the Star last week and yes, the "doors" between balconies can be opened by contacting your steward. I do beleive they will not allow more then 3 balconies to be connected though.

 

Have a wonderful time on the Star! It is a GREAT ship with an amazing crew and staff! Mike the Cruise Director is great. I'll be writing a review sometime this week.

I am on the same sailing as you and your Group Annie! I agree I can hardly wait! WE have had something like 27 days of straight rain here! SO I will be looking forward to some sun!
