Bars in Vila

I have been told about a good bar in Vila where you pay at the door. Anyone know what the name of it might possibly be?

It's in the South Pacific. It is part of Vanuatu.

You might want to try the Lonely Planet website on their Thorn Tree forum. Most of the posters here go to islands that the cruise ships visit (like Tahiti, Moorea, Bora Bora, Huahine, etc.)
