Whats near La Quinta FLL airport?

We will be there this Sat and am looking for a place to 'stock up' before making our way to Miami. Grocery Store or something of that nature. Also, any close restaurants....perhaps seafood? I know I've seen this info before on this board....Trent?

There is a large complex of strip malls next door, however there is no grocery store. There's a K-Mart at the opposite end from La Quinta, a rather long walk, but that's as close as you'll come to a grocery store in there. There are a number of restaurants in that area, but no GOOD seafood restaurants.

 

If you want seafood I highly recommend taking a 5-10 minute cab ride to Rustic Inn. It's a local institution and favorite of locals... http://www.rusticinn.com/
