elmojessi Posted February 8, 2019 #1 Share Posted February 8, 2019 Has anyone had luck contacting them lately? I’ve sent a couple of emails with no response. If they’re no longer in business, who do you recommend for Sringray City/Rum Point tour?
TravellingBritNY Posted February 8, 2019 #2 Share Posted February 8, 2019 Traditionally emails get less response in Cayman than a phone call - it's a cultural thing. According to their website at http://www.nativewaywatersports.com/ they have two phone numbers - 1-345-916-5027 (Cayman Telephone Number) 1-203-681-8665 (USA Telephone Number) I would try giving them a call and see if you can get a response. scrabble6 Posted February 14, 2019 #3 Share Posted February 14, 2019 Nativeway is alive and well--we did the Rays, Reefs, and Rum Point tour last week and it was wonderful!! I reached Sharon by calling the US phone number and she called me right back. Don't give up, it's worth it!
one.new.island.a.year Posted February 15, 2019 #4 Share Posted February 15, 2019 So glad to hear that! I did the same tour a few years ago and will probably book it again in April.
WeCruiseForFun Posted February 17, 2019 #5 Share Posted February 17, 2019 We just talked with Sharon this week to give her our credit card guarantee. We have done the Rays, Reef, and Rum Point tour with them 5 times over the years and love it every time.
one.new.island.a.year Posted March 23, 2019 #6 Share Posted March 23, 2019 I called Sharon at Native Ways directly at (203) 681-8665. I’ve taken her tour before and loved it! She now has the contract with Princess, so if Princess is in Grand Cayman, her tours carry 40 passengers instead of their usual 25 max. She was easy to get ahold of via phone, but I had to remind her a couple times to send an email confirmation. If you want an easy booking process, look elsewhere. For me, a couple of phone calls were worth it. Sharon is super nice. I’ve been on Native Ways and Captain Marvin’s, and I like that Native Ways offers a full-day tour with lunch and Rum Point Beach.
