Dress attire MDR on Indy of the Seas

We will be traveling on Indy of the Seas next week. What is the current dress attire for the MDR? It looks like RCL recently posted new guidelines for dress attire and I wanted to know how much they enforce it.  Don’t mind wearing slacks and a button up shirt, just don’t feel like packing suits or sport coats.

Just off Indy on the 9th.  On formal night the men wore mainly nice slacks and button ups, some had jackets and I don't recall one tuxedo.  Women wore cute cocktail dresses or nice dresses/skirts.  All other nights were casual.  No one came in with ripped jeans, too short shorts or screenprinted tees.  It mostly seemed to be nice shorts, loafers or sandals, cardigans and sundresses and such.

 The attire is not completely formal. One man on a cruise just wore tan slacks with a tan tucked in shirt with the  top button undone. He also wore a beat up leather hat to dinner, the whole outfit looked a little ridiculous but I guess it pulled together once he took out his whip.
