San Juan Bioluminescent Bay on a Sunday?

We are trying to find a tour company that offers kayaking tours of the bioluminescent bay in Fajardo on a Sunday night and are not having any luck.  I've checked 4 of the main tour operators and none offer tours on Sundays.  Any other ideas?  This is the only evening we can do it.
