I found this when I googled, it says it is from 2013. http://www.beyondships2.com/carnival-paradise-menus.html

 

I was on a five day western Caribbean cruise on the Paradise in Nov. 2016 and remembered to take a picture of the menu twice and can post that if you'd like me to.

There is a review on here after dry dock; they had the menues included in there.
