Cigar lounge, cigar smoking on NCL Star

I have searched without any luck for any information regarding the availability of cigars and cigar smoking on the NCL Star. Leaving in July out of Venice and would appreciate any information anyone has.

If I am correct (and I could be wrong) NCL Star does not have a cigar bar. 

 

We will be on the Star also in August and I have been searching for the same information. 

 

I checked the deck deck plans on NCL’s website and nothing was mentioned or listed for cigar bar.  Full disclosure- I searched on my smartphone so on a small screen there is a possibility of missing it. 

 

What I did find was that you can smoke on the open deck in certain designated areas. I think the promenade deck was one area - again in designated sections. 

 

I am sure someone will correct me if me if I am wrong.
