Local Boats Providing Snorkeling

I've been to Cozumel a couple of times and prior to Wilma, when you arrived at the ferry pier there were several local boats & companies available that would take you to 3 snorkel spots and the price was $20 per person. It was a great trip & I saw teriffic coral & fish. They was a person at the pier from the boat association that told you which boat was going & I was given a voucher from them to go to specific boat. Is this still around or do you have to make arrangements in advance due to damage to pier/town?
