Scuba Fun Dive Center St.Maarten

We dove with this operator February 2004 and definately would not use again. I believe I posted some details on this board shortly after we returned, perhaps its still here. But as I recall the "short" walk to the shop is kind of long if you carry your own gear as we do. Otherwise OK. The boat, a 28' inflatable was overcrowded, No room to hardly gear up with what I'm sure was a max capacity load plus crew. When we surfaced, we were rushed aboard as the boat was taking on water and was about a foot deep on deck already. We limped ashore as crew bailed enroute. A little too much excitement for me.

I did their discover scuba course in late November and had a wonderful time. There were only four of us on the tour and they did a great job! I thought the walk was fine, but I am very fit.
